The aim of the BIM conference was to bring closer different stakeholders and encourage them to use new technologies and solutions in design, construction, and mechanical engineering. The organizer wanted to create a dynamic, informative, and comprehensive event that will convey an attractive digital experience to attendees.
Eventrify provided the client with virtual event management solution that consists of custom-made registration process and interactive virtual platform with high level collaboration among Autodesk partners and attendees.
All lectures and panel discussions were realized live from professional LED studio. Several questionnaires were exchanged during the conference, and attendees had the opportunity to comment and ask questions throughout the whole event.
Through the EMPL platform organizer run a virtual contest and brought all attendees together to interact.
